The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider sympathetically the petitioner's application for transfer from Government National College, Sirsa to any college in Gurugram in the last two years of her service, as she is seventy per cent physically handicapped. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to consider and decide her pending representation dated 5.9.2023, Annexure P-4, in a specified time.

Learned State counsel accepts notice and submits that the pending representation will be decided by the second respondent/ Director, Higher Education, Haryana, within a period of two months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
