The present appeal is directed against the order dated 21.12.1994 passed by the learned Guardian Judge (Senior Sub Judge), Bathinda, whereby respondent No.2 Smt. Kaku was appointed as guardian of the person and property of the then minor child, namely, Ranjit Singh aged 11⁄2 years.

The present case is a burnt case. The office has put up the file after reconstruction of the same.

The appeal was admitted vide order dated 19.04.1995. Minor, Ranjit Singh, was aged 11⁄2 years at the time of the passing of the impugned order by the trial Court on 21.12.1994. By now, said Ranjit Singh, must be 26/27 years of the age. HIMANSHU 2024.09.20 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

Thus, in view of the fact that said Ranjit Singh has become major by now, the present appeal has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

However, liberty is granted to either of the parties to move an appropriate application for restoration of the case, in case any cause of action still survives.
