**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 110 dated 31.7.2017 registered at Police Station Women Ambala, District Ambala under Sections 4/16 of POCSO Act, Section 3 of SC/ST Act and Section 506 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that this is the second petition and the petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2017 and four witnesses have been examined. Counsel also submits that Jonny had been allowed bail.

State counsel has placed on record the statement made by the girl.

There are allegations of rape against the petitioner. The prosecutrix had given her age as 15 years. The statement of the victim is yet to be recorded. The allegations are serious.
