Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably settled and seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioners to approach the police as and when necessity so arises. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to approach Ludhiana Police as and when they apprehend danger to their life and liberty. On receiving representation to this effect, the police on verification of the same, will take appropriate action as required under the law.
