On the last date of hearing, following order was passed:- "As per report of the Registry, respondent No.2 could not be served for want of correct address.

Given above, correct address of respondent No.2 be filed by 18.10.2024 failing which the Registry to list this maƩer on 23.10.2024 on which date the present peƟƟon shall be dismissed for non-prosecuƟon.

However, on filing of correct address by the peƟƟoner, fresh noƟce be issued to respondent No.2 for 17.01.2025." 2.

Today, counsel for the peƟƟoner has expressed his inability to furnish correct address of respondent No.2. Counsel submits that her husband i.e. respondent No.2 is one of the party in Regular Second Appeal but they had no contact. 3.

Be that as it may, previous order is not complied with. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is dismissed for non-prosecuƟon with liberty to file fresh on being aware of the correct address of respondent No.2. 5.
