(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 159 of 29.04.2016, under Section 376/506 IPC, registered at P.S. Murthal, District Sonepat. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Investigating Offvicer, has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 04.06.2016 and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no longer required. Charges have been framed on 22.07.2016 and out of 17 witnesses, 04 witnesses have been examined.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 02.06.2016 passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute.
