RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR of murder of husband of petitioner No.2, who died on 06.05.2016 in police custody.

Since after conducting detailed enquiry, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Safidon, vide his report dated 01.09.2016 has found it to be a suicidal death of Raj Kumar during police custody and after considering the fact that petitioner No.2 had also filed a criminal complaint under Sections 306, 120-B and 34 IPC against the police officials before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, therefore, no further action is required in the instant revision.
