Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation, dated 31.01.2025 within stipulated time.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already filed representation before respondent No.2 on 31.01.2025 but no action has been taken on the same till date.

Notice of motion to respondents no.1 and 2-State only. 4.

On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. 5.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Director General of Police NRI and Women Wing, Phase 7, SAS Nagar, Mohali, to look into the representation (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from today.
