Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondent No. 3 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner at the behest of respondent No. 4.

Heard.

As per the reply submitted by the State, no application or enquiry was pending against the petitioner with respondent No. 3 at the behest of respondent No. 4. It has further been averred in the reply by the State that the present petition has been merely filed on the basis of apprehension. In view of the reply filed by the State, no further interference by this Court is called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
