(ORAL) Through this judgment, two above titled petitions are being disposed of as in both, quashing of FIR No.778 dated 29.10.2014, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Sohna, District Gurgaon and all subsequent proceedings has been sought.

Petitioners are on anticipatory bail. Therefore, there is no fear in the minds of petitioners qua their arrest. To cull out the truth in the matter, it is necessary that the petitioners may cooperate in the investigation, so that actual culprit should be booked.

The petitioner(s) shall not be called by the investigating officer more than twice. Investigating officer shall also look into the aspect as to whether the complainant had any locus standi to lodge FIR in question. It is disclosed, during the course of arguments that petitionerSatish Kapur, being aged around 85 years, is not even in a position to move out of the house. Therefore, in the fitness of things, investigating officer is directed to visit his house to investigate the matter further. Disposed of with the above observations.
