This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0019 dated 13.02.2020 registered under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
