Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised her grievance before respondent No.2 by way of filing the representation dated 30.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), which is still pending consideration and the petitioner would be satisfied in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the said representation.
