The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37515-2025, whereby it was ordered that in case the petitioners have not submitted any representation so far, the civil writ petitions be treated as their representations and respondents were directed to decide the same by passing a speaking order.

In compliance of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37515-2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioners, a speaking order dated 22.01.2026 has been passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Yamuna Nagar VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.04.08 17:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-872-2026 (O&M) -2and another speaking order dated 01.04.2026 has been passed by the Conservator of Forests (Publicity & Tranining), Haryana. He has produced copies of the aforesaid speaking orders in Court, which are taken on record. Copies thereof have also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, since order dated 24.12.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-37515-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedy as is available to them in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking orders dated 22.01.2026 & 01.04.2026.
