Two-fold prayers was made in the present petition - firstly for issuing directions to transfer the investigation in FIR No.0162 dated 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) and secondly that the accused was not being arrested.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASIBhupinder Singh, has submitted that the accused had been declared as a proclaimed person and was subsequently arrested on 26.09.2023. 3.
