Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Husband of petitioner committed suicide on 10.11.2013 leading to the lodging of FIR No.146 dated 10.11.2013 under Section 306 IPC, PS Sector 19, Panchkula since suicide note has been found blaming the officials of his employer-Confed. It transpires that there was a shortage of wheat worth Rs.1.5 crores approximately in one of the stores under the supervisory control of husband of the petitioner. The deceased was being blamed by the employer-Confed for such wheat scam and apart from a departmental enquiry an FIR was also lodged against the said deceased by the Confed. On account of such alleged harassment said Vinod Kumar unfortunately committed suicide with a note blaming some of the officials impleaded as respondents 4 to 11.

CRM-M 18978/2015 Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for transfer of investigations to any other Agency. Upon notice reply has been filed by way of affidavit of ACP, Panchkula. It has been stated that after due investigations a cancellation report has been prepared and is likely to be submitted in near future. It is further stated that the Board of Directors of Confed is also proceeding to file a civil suit for recovery of the said amount from the legal heirs of the deceased.
After hearing counsel for the parties no case for transfer of investigations in the light of contents of written statement is made out. Dismissed.
