(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to respondents No.2 to 4 for deciding the complaint/representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2020 (Annexure P3). Keeping in view the limited prayer addressed by the petitioner, facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of this petition, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ropar, District Ropar (respondent No.2) to look into the complaint/representation dated 09.02.2020 (Annexure P3) and take appropriate action as may be required.
