The petitioners complain that despite compulsory acquisition of their land, the State has failed to release the amount of annuity payable as per the Policy for Rehabilitation and Resettlement of Land Owners - Land Acquisition Oustees. The petitioners also state that despite directions of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Jagdish Rai and Others v. State of Haryana (Civil Writ Petition No. 3123 of 2016, decided on 01.12.2016), the amount of annuity is not being regularly paid. 2.
