Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajpal submits that the police has completed the investigation in case bearing FIR No. 178 dated 22.12.2017, registered at Police Station Raipur Rani, District Ambala and has prepared the cancellation report, which will be filed in Court in due course.

The cancellation report prepared by the police be filed in Court within eight weeks. The petitioner will be at liberty to file protest petition and to avail other legal remedies available to him under the law. Instant petition stands disposed of in above terms.
