(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.23 dated 13.02.2024 registered under Sections 379-B, 341 and 34 of IPC (Section 411 of IPC was added later on) at P.S. Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as not pressed.

In case the petitioner surrenders himself before the Court concerned within a period of 7 days from today and files his bail application, the same shall be decided within 7 days thereafter, as per law.
