Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial court and seek regular bail.

In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. In case petitioner surrenders before the trial court within ten days from today and applies for bail, his plea shall be decided within 3 days thereafter.
