The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide representation dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) against respondent Nos.5 to 8 for committing offences and playing fraud with the Embassy of India and that of United Kingdom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is aggrieved by the official respondents for not considering his application against respondent Nos.5 to 8. He further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure P-1) be decided in a time bound manner. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within a period of 07 days from today.
