No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel has placed before this Court the order dated 31.12.2012 by which the services of the petitioner have been regularized on the post of JBT Teacher w.e.f. 14.01.1998. Keeping in view thereto, learned State counsel submits that the relief has been duly granted to the petitioner.

It is also informed by the learned State counsel that unfortunately, the petitioner has expired and handed over a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner before this Court. The order dated 14.01.1998 and the death certificate are taken on record. The Registry is directed to tag the same at the appropriate place.

Since the due relief has been granted to the petitioner, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed accordingly. 5.

All the pending applications in this Writ Petition stand disposed of accordingly.
