Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner apprehends danger to her life at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 8. Petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any representation is received on her behalf regarding danger to her life, same may be examined by the concerned authority. As far as registration of case, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Code.
