PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners in a case arising from criminal complaint No.02 dated 06.02.2014 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 472 IPC pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rohtak.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On 30.06.2015 petitioners were given liberty to appear before the trial Court and submit bail bonds. On doing so, they were directed to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and they have been released on interim bail by the trial Court.
