(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 21.09.2018, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail and has also deposited an amount of `10,000/- before the trial Court. A photocopy of the receipt of depositing the amount has also been placed on record.
