The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant-owner of the offending vehicle challenging the compensation awarded in favour of the respondent vide impugned Award dated 10.04.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tarn Taran.

As per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Tarn Taran, during the interregnum, the appellant has already paid the award amount in the execution proceedings and the execution application stands dismissed as fully satisfied vide order dated 12.01.2023 by the Tribunal concerned.
