CRM-23106-2015 in/and CRM-M-19016-2015 (O&M) -2CRM-M-19016-2015 Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Balwinder Kaur, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 354, 406, 498-A and 506, IPC, registered at Police Station, Women Cell, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ajaib Singh, Police Station, Women Cell, Ferzoepur, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 04.06.2015, petitioner -Balwinder Kaur has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required.
In view of the above, interim directions issued vide order dated 04.06.2015 passed by this Court are made absolute. She shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
