       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.258 dated 16.03.2022, registered under Sections 21(b) of the NDPS Act (Section 21(b) deleted and Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act added later on), at Police Station HTM Hisar, District Hisar. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 02.07.2022 of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hisar-I, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. Vide order dated 30.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 30.03.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
