Learned State counsel refers to para Nos.23 to 25 of the status report dated 08.10.2025 filed by Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ferozepur Range, which read thus:
"23. That accused Arshdeep Singh @ Arsh son of Pritpal Singh, Apranbir Singh @ Arpan, Harmaninder Singh @ Mannu, Rajinder Singh @ Monu, all residents of village Gandi Wind, Jugraj Singh @Yuvi and Ravinder Singh @ DC, both residents of village Mianpur were arrested and on completion the investigation, challan was submitted against them on 19.04.2025.
24. That accused Amritpal Singh @ Bath son of Satnam Singh, resident of village Mianpur, Satnam Singh @ Dehla son of Anoop Singh, resident of village Behla, Jobanjeet Singh son of Kuldeep Singh, resident of village Kotla Doom, Ram Tirath Road, Amritsar, Gurwinder Singh @ Nishan Gill, resident of Tarn Taran, Khushkarna Singh @ Kush, resident of village Moole Chak, District Tarn Taran, Daddi Chauhan, resident of village Jandiala Guru, District Amritsar, Joban, resident of village Mehta, District Amritsar are yet to be arrested and they all are at large. During the course of investigation it is learnt that accused Amritpal Singh is residing in USA, so LOC has been initiated against MOHIT 2026.03.19 18:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

25. That the investigation of the present case is being conducted by Special Investigation Team in a free and fair manner."
