**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the private respondents are time to time attacking the family of the petitioners and they are trying to snatch her son. The petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4 have filed a petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act seeking divorce by mutual consent. The respondent No.4-husband is not coming forward for second motion statement before the Family Court and he is interfering in the lives of the petitioners. Notice of motion.

Ms. Dimple Jain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1-State.
