(Oral) In compliance to the order dated status report by way of affidavit of Mr. Satish Kumar, DSP, Head Quarter, Panipat, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, has been filed through e-mail in Court today. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. Learned State counsel has apprised this Court that petitioner No.1 is a minor girl and not major, as had been averred in the petition. Learned State counsel on instructions has submitted that case FIR No. 91, dated 10.03.2021, under Section 346 IPC also stands registered against petitioner No.2, with respect to wrongfully and illegally confining petitioner No.1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, however, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
