(Oral) All the cases listed today have been taken up for hearing by way of video conferencing because of the situation existing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The petitioner in this petition having joined investigation pursuant to the order of this court dated September 25, 2020, though Mr. Virk states that money is still to be recovered, however, looking at the fact that the she is a women whose husband is also in the custody as a co-accused in the same case, whose petition filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeking the concession of bail, is still pending, I would see no purpose in keeping her in custody.

Consequently, the order dated September 25, 2020, admitting her to interim anticipatory bail, is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
