(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing proceedings qua petitioner in complaint No.479/2016 dated 09.03.2016 titled as "H.P. Enterprises v. Kala Amb Distillery and others" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala, Haryana.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paperbook, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within seven days from today and his bail application, if any, shall be decided within next seven days.
