*** NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 19.02.2020 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurdaspur, in CRMP-12-2020 titled as 'Avlokita vs. Nitin Puri' whereby conditional warrants of arrest had been issued against the respondent/husband in view of the fact that the petitioner was in arrears of maintenance of Rs.1,20,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date, the entire arrears of maintenance stands paid to the respondent and if a small amount of Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- is remaining, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the same shall be paid as per calculation on the next date of hearing i.e. 01.08.2024 before the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the above said facts.
