*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of impugned order dated 1.3.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the eviction order has been passed against the petitioner, upon an application filed by Vidhya Devi, respondent No.2 under Section 22(2) of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

Learned counsel states that pursuant to the impugned order dated 1.3.2021, the said premises stands vacated by the petitioner, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Dismissed as infructuous.
