Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of him being enlarged on regular bail, in FIR No.110 dated 17.10.2022, under Section 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985 (Challan presented under Sections 22 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985), registered at P.S. Sandaur, District Malerkotla.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
