(ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.66, dated 17.06.2019, registered under Sections 379-B(2)/ 397/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Mohkampura, District Amritsar. 2.
The Petitioner was arrested on 27.06.2019.

Co-accused persons, namely, Kuldeep Singh (in CRM-M No.32873 of 2019); Gurpreet Singh @ Sona (CRM-M No.50992 of 2019); Harpal Singh @ Kaka (in CRM-M No.2948 of 2020); Nareshdeep Puri @ Raja (in CRM-M No.3309 of 2020) and Sukhwinder Singh (in CRM-M No.4687 of 2020) have already been granted Regular Bail by this Court on 21.08.2019, 13.01.2020 and 04.03.2020, respectively.
