In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondent, it is pertinent to mention that the marriage between the parties to the lis, had taken place on 10.12.2009. One son born from the said wedlock, is presently in the care and custody of the respondent. Further, it is not disputed that the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., as well as the petition Anu 2025.03.26 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

TA-310-2024 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, filed by the applicant, are pending in the Courts at Batala and the respondent is making appearance in the same.

On query by the Court, it is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not working and as such, has no source of earning.

In view of the aforesaid fact situation and also considering the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the transfer application is allowed and
