**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars, as and when necessity arises.

If petitioners file another similar petition, petitioner No.2 namely-Harwinder Singh shall file his separate and specific affidavit that he is not facing any FIR lodged at the instance of parents of petitioner No.1.

Permission is granted.
