Notice of motion.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall be satisfied in case their legal notice, Annexure P-7 is considered in light of order passed in CWP No. 25639 of 2018 titled as Raj Kumar & ors. vs. State of Punjab & ors. decided on October 05, 2018. He further submits that petitioners are not claiming any arrears. In view of above, present petition is disposed of the same terms as in CWP No. 25639 of 2018.
