R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of Complaint no. 209/1/2009 dated 21.11.2009 (Annexure P-1), summoning order dated 20.01.2014 (Annexure P-2), order dated 03.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) of framing charge against petitioners and chargesheet dated 22.04.2015 (Annexure P-5). After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail of the remedy of revision against the order framing charge.
Therefore, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file revision against order dated 03.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) before the Sessions Court. For entertaining the revision, learned Sessions Court would take into account the period spent during pendency of instant petition before this Court.
