******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. 1087/18 dated 14.09.2016/01.03.2018 titled "Sanjeev Madaan vs. M/s Mehak Spices and another" under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail in terms of order dated 15.05.2018 passed by this Court. None has appeared for the respondent despite service. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 15.05.2018 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
