**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Admittedly, vide order dated 16.02.2018, service appeal No.03 of 2012 of the petitioner has been decided by the High Court granting order of 50% cut in pension and releasing the balance payment.

Petitioner has not challenged the aforesaid order anywhere.

Petitioner was dismissed from service after holding an enquiry vide order dated 24.08.2011. The petitioner has been acquitted in FIR No.30 dated 28.01.2010 registered under JYOTI SHARMA 2022.09.19 13:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No. 23327 of 2021 -2Sections 7, 8 and 3 of Prevention of Corruption Act and under Sections 224, 332, 353 IPC by giving benefit of doubt by the Special Judge, Barnala.

In view of aforesaid facts, no indulgence can be granted in favour of the petitioner, however, the petitioner would be at liberty to press for his claim in accordance with law in view of order dated 16.02.2018 passed in Service Appeal No.03 of 2012.
