The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.10.1999, passed by the learned Divisional Canal Officer, Amritsar (Annexure P-2) and order dated 06.06.2000, passed by the learned Superintending Canal Officer, Amritsar (Annexure P-4).
