The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.446 dated 16.10.2019 registered under Sections 174A IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sector-5, Panchkula in a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 titled as "Girish Kapoor Vs. Sudesh Kumar". 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner in the present petition stands convicted. 3.
On the other hand, learned State counsel does not dispute the submissions so made by learned counsel for the petitioner and informs the Court that the petitioner in the present case has been convicted vide judgment and order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Panchkula which has rendered the present petition infructuous. 4.
Disposed of, as having become infructuous.
