Seeking directions to the trial Court to conclude the trial in the FIR captioned above in accordance with the directions passed by this Court in CRM-M No.50701 of 2024, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS r/w Article 21 of Constitution of India.

Notices served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. Given the nature of the order that this Court proposes to pass, neither the response of official respondents nor the issuance of notices to the private respondents is required. 3.
This Court would not like to interfere in the docket of the trial Court but given the previous order passed in CRM-M No.50701 of 2024, this Court only requests the trial Court to expedite the trial as early as possible and to take up the matter on top most priority.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
