(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside impugned order dated 24.12.1998 (Annexure P-2) of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender, in case FIR No. 125 dated 11.11.1996, under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307, 380, 427, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Banga, District Nawanshahr.
Heard.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of case, petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within six weeks from today and would apprise the Court about the facts which are mentioned in the instant petition. His bail application, if any, shall be decided thereafter, within 7 days of its filing. In the meanwhile, impugned order dated 24.12.1998 (Annexure P-2), shall be kept in abeyance.
