(Oral) The present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 119, dated 18.09.2022, under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, (charges have been framed under Section 302 IPC as well), registered at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa (Annexure P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner after vehemently arguing the matter at length prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.
