Main case Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of necessary directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 and 5, who are issuing threats of elimination and want to forcibly marry her with some old aged person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 20.03.2021, Annexure P-2, is decided in a time bound manner.
