NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Raj Kumar Gupta, son of Chhatrapal Gupta, resident of F-210, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-91, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 50, dated 28.4.2015, registered at Police Station, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel contends that in compliance of the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 5.6.2015, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.
